Before founding Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP, Mr. Strazulo served as managing partner for the San Francisco office of a prominent Northern California law firm and was named one of the state’s “Super Lawyers” by California Lawyer magazine in 2004.

Stacy Miller Azcarate, Esq. founded Miller Sabino & Lee in 1999. Stacy is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz where she earned her undergraduate degree in English and American Literature and wrote her honors thesis on “Images of Women in Holocaust Literature.” Stacy earned her JD from The University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, a directed research assistant for the development of The Center for Law and Policy, and spent a summer clerking for the International Courts in The Hague. Stacy has traveled and worked extensively abroad in both the health and legal fields, and speaks Spanish and French.
Prior to entering the legal placement field, Stacy practiced real estate and corporate law with a small San Francisco practice. After she left the practice of law she joined Special Counsel as the Executive Director of its Northern California offices. During her tenure with Special Counsel, Stacy managed the San Francisco office and opened the Palo Alto office. Stacy is an active member of the California Bar, the American Bar Association, the Governor’s Board of the USF School of Law, the San Francisco Bar Association, the Queen’s Bench and the USF Women Lawyers Council.
