If you were in charge of the largest ice cream company in the world, what flavor would you invent? (I personally would go with carmel-dulche de leche-butterscotch swirl). Would you believe the CEO of Dreyer’s Grand Ice cream, Tim Kahn, green lighted chili flavored ice cream (why tim, why?) Tim to face the music this week on The JOB.

For some people quitting smoking is a life long battle (just ask our president elect). Therefor it’s a ”noble” occupation to help people put down the cancer sticks for good. Dr. Steven Schroeder director of the Smoking Cessation Leadership Center at UCSF tells us about fighting the good fight. (P.S. Schroeder is legit - he convinced his 70 year old mom to quit smoking)
